Nighthopper compares prices for flights, accommodation and car hire, and shows package holidays from CHECK24 and suitable extras. Nighthopper is not a tour operator and not a travel agency, and does not sell flights, accommodation, car hire, package holidays, eSIM plans, transfers or insurance.

Contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the provider concerned that the button takes you to. That provider’s terms and prices apply. That provider is responsible for bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.

For referrals to partners, we receive a commission if they result in a booking, another transaction or a confirmed enquiry (lead). With the provider, you pay the same price through us as you would directly. Such placements are labelled as ads on the site; in the hotel comparison we only show offers from our partners (see “How we sort results”).

We take part in the CHECK24 partner programme, which is operated by TARIFCHECK24 GmbH. That is why the Package holidays page and our car hire comparison show offers from the CHECK24 comparison. For transactions we broker (for car hire: bookings) and, where the programme provides for it, for confirmed enquiries (leads), we receive a reimbursement of advertising costs. This does not change the price.

We do not embed a CHECK24 booking form or advertising banner: our server queries the prices, and your browser only connects to CHECK24 when you click on an offer. How CHECK24 uses your data from that click onwards is set out in its privacy policy at check24.net.

Prices, flight times and availability come from third parties and can change at any time. Where a price comes from and when it was retrieved is shown with the results. We cannot guarantee that they are accurate or available.

The operators of linked sites are responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent at the time the links were set.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
